The Steyr Arms USA team is seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist to support our company’s office operations at our Bessemer, AL facility.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them both in person and on the phone in a positive, friendly manner
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
Directs calls to other members of the customer service or sales team as necessary
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
High school diploma/GED
Phone and In-Person Customer Relation Skills
Strong Verbal and Written Communication
Microsoft Office Skills
Professionalism and Organization
Able to Handle Pressure and Solve Problems
Office Supply Management
Firearms knowledge preferred, but not required
